Biblical Leadership for Excellence
Since 1985, Biblical Leadership for Excellence (BLE) has empowered professionals to integrate scriptural principles into their work and personal lives through discipleship, mentoring, and small group studies.
As a BLE-trained leader since 2020, Gina leads a Biblical business small group at Higginbotham, guiding discussions on faith-driven leadership with courses like Embracing God's Vision in My Work, Investing My Life, and Marketplace Excellence.
She also had the privilege of speaking at the South Texas Workplace Ministries Summit and leading a breakout session on creative ways to bring faith into the workplace.​
